We are wanting to relocate to Alaska, but we need someone to take over our lease. It is a beautiful apartment, that looks like a condo. These are the advantages:
-outside: bbq areas,gym, sauna, pool, tennis courts, basketball courts,one covered parking with a storage unit (we will provide the lock, areas to walk your dog (they provide little baggies throughout the complex too!)and extra parking for guests
-Business center: There is a business center next to the leasing office that includes 2 computers with internet acces, fax machine, copy machine, printer, and conference room for your convenience. There is no extra fee for the use of this room!
-inside: 854 ft,two tone colored paint,everything is new,dishwasher,washer and dryer,microwave,refrigerator,crown maulding, everything is newly remodeled, ceiling fans,walk-in closet,each room has it's own heating unit, balcony with a peaceful view, quiet, second bedroom has a door that leads to the balcony, and mirrored closets..
-perks: free 20' plasma tv that is mounted on the wall already,it is also located near the 76 highway, 78 freeway (both leading to the 5 frwy) and up the street from el camino high school. Not too far is martin luther king middle school and ivey ranch elementary school. 10 minutes from the beach, less than 10 to the mall.
There is no deposit fee since the lease will be taken over, but at the end of the lease you get to keep the deposit of $99 that I paid. The lease ends May 2007. We would like to be out by June first. Give us a call and maybe we can work something out with you.
BUSINESS NEEDS: This is how the process works. You will need to contact the leasing office. The leasing office will require: proof of 2 recent pay stubs per person, you must be making 3x the cost of rent, or if you are not working yet you must show proof that you have money in your savings totaling to cost of the whole lease term, if you have BAD CREDIT, you do not have to worry, they will work with you. For bad credit they require an $851 deposit. There will be an application fee, I think it was $35 for a couple? Rent of $1330 will be due June 1st, or we can work with you, and we will pay for the first week, so all you will owe is $1000, plus an application fee of $25-35.
If you want, you can move in NOW. Have the rest of the month free, and we will pay for the first week of june. It will be like getting one month free, but you will have to put in the $1000 by June 1st.
