Hi there!
We have a great granny flat for rent attached to our house. The current couple is moving out and it will be available Dec. 18th. It is ideal for a couple looking to have some privacy while still being in a fun, social house.
The house is dog friendly and actually encouraged. We currently have a large lab mix who has always lived with another dog and being that his current friend is leaving, I want to find another so he isnt alone while everyone is at work all day. Both houses have doggy doors where the dogs go between but have a tendency to be on our side more.
The house has a fairly good sized living room (approx. 20x10) with two closets. Bedroom is roughly 11x11 and the kitchen 10x10. It has a refrigerator/freezer, sink with counterspace, and pantry. No stove/oven however you would be welcome to use the one on our side as long as you clean up!
House also has a garage with washer/dryer which is mostly used for storage.
Rent is $995 a month and the best part is utilities are split based on the number of people in the house(so if its a couple, we pay 66%, you pay 33%. or single 80/20) so its usually pretty low per person. We have digital cable/internet with a wireless router already set up. It would be a 6 month lease then turn month-to-month. Deposit would be $995 with $500 for pet (would be ok to pay pet deposit second month if its more financially acommadating).
Just to give you MORE information! There are 4 of us on this side all in our mid-twenties. We are 3 guys and a girl all with professional jobs (accountant, sales, law, and fitness). We are pretty quiet during the week(with the occasional surround sound movie) since we all work early.
Ok enough. We are looking for someone/couple who is preferrably around the same age who wants to be friendly, have bbqs, and just create a good environmnet. And again, I would really like to find someone with a friendly dog.
