Tenant pays and obtains own trash service
Amenities provided: shared laundry, yard and patio, access to laundry and storage and part of patio is common area
Parking: 2 spaces
Pet Policy: will consider small pet with Renter’s Insurance Proof and liability coverage for landlord, need to be a quiet pet, no puppies. Extra $300 deposit paid per pet over 3 months. Need to meet and approve pet and has to be licensed
Move-in Policy: Available November 1st
Yard: tenant responsible for all including sprinkler maintenance.
Landlord responsible for 4 palm trees and large backyard tree
Rent due date: 1st or 11th
Credit History: $25 per applicant.We look at what is on credit not how good it is. Older stuff that has been taken care of will be considered. We will call references first so let them know.
