My room mates and I are trying to find someone to move into our townhome so we can break our lease. The carpets will be replaced, new paint, everything will be new. It's a 3 story townhome, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. There is a vanity with sink outside of the bathroom, perfect for girls to do their makeup at. The pool and jacuzzi for the complex is located 30 feet from the front door. Parking is wonderful. You get a two car garage with two spaces in the driveway. The bedrooms are huge. Perfect for people to share if you can't afford the rent. The bedroom on the second floor has it's own patio. Everyone in the complex goes to SDSU. Lots of parties on the weekend, pretty quiet during the week when everyone has school. All the backyards connect to each other which is really cool. All three bedrooms have walk in closets. It's a really great place to live because you are so close to school. Very social atmosphere. We are looking to move out ASAP.
