The existing tennants are leaving the property on the 18th of November.
The Outside of the property is being prepared for painting and it will be finished by the 18th of November. I am the owner of the 4 plex, and looking to rent the bottom left unit. Everything is new inside and is already finished.
It has a master bedroom with walk in closet and 7x10 (pictured) room that can be used for office. The other room is 14x13 . 10 blocks from Petco park, great freeway access.
The fence was temporarily removed, and will be installed again shortly. I am about to finish the 4th and final unit as well. Plenty of parking. Give me a call and I will show it to you. Honestly, this unit shows a lot better once you are inside. It has a lot of natural light.
