Beautiful home zoned for Poway school districts for rent. Home is approximately 5 years old and is approximately 4000 sq feet and surrounded by 9 acres. Three fire places and serenity. Views of mountains from all rooms. It is also zoned for horses but renter needs to provide coral. Ceilings are anywhere from 12 feet to 22 feet. Formal sitting and dining rooms and family rooms and kitchen nooks. A bonus room of about 500 sq feet can server as a perfect office or small business can be ran from that area. It has it's own entrance as well. Five minutes from downtown Poway and 25 minutes from downtown San Diego. Right off the end of Scripps Poway Parkway. This is country living in the city. With the housing market the way it is today with higher interest rates, why not rent for awhile? Prefer to rent home furnished if possible.
